Injury

Injuries happen - from sports injuries, falls, or surgeries; even repetitive use over time can cause injury.  While going through the healing process, massage helps increase and maintain circulation, assist in preventing muscle atrophy, and help minimize aches and pains throughout the body.  I am comfortable working beside other doctors/therapies, and have experience following plans provided by physical therapists
